Rick founded R&JL Exteriors and built it from the ground up with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer care. After years of leading the company, he brought his son Ryan in as a partner to continue growing the family business. Outside of work, Rick enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandkids.

Ryan joined his dad at R&JL and has helped expand the business with a strong commitment to integrity and excellence. He believes in treating every project like it’s his own home. When he’s not working, Ryan enjoys hunting and spending time with his daughter.

Matt, grandson of founder Rick Leiter, started with R&JL Exteriors in 2016 and has played a key role in the company’s growth ever since. As General Manager, he brings vision, energy, and a deep passion for building a company known for quality and trust. He’s focused on both people and process, ensuring projects run smoothly and customers feel taken care of. When he’s off the clock, Matt enjoys hunting, camping, and spending time with his fiancée Cayla and their two dogs, Charley and Guinness.

Arturo leads with a calm, steady hand and years of field experience. He values clear communication and teamwork, making sure every job site runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Arturo enjoys time with his family and the outdoors.

Brian is detail-oriented and driven to deliver projects that exceed expectations. He values strong relationships with both crews and homeowners, ensuring each build is something to be proud of. Away from work, Brian enjoys camping with his wife, fishing, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Elijah brings energy and organization to every project he oversees. He’s dedicated to keeping jobs on track and making sure quality never slips. When he’s not on the jobsite, Elijah loves spending time with his wife and kids.

Shaye has a reputation for reliability and professionalism on the jobsite. He takes pride in problem-solving and seeing projects come together the right way. Away from work, Shaye enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Kyle is all about precision and clarity when it comes to estimating. He helps customers understand their options and feel confident in their investment. Outside of work, Kyle loves hunting, camping, shooting guns, and spending time with his wife and newborn daughter.

Jake combines a sharp eye for detail with strong communication skills, helping customers bring their ideas to life. He values honesty and transparency in every estimate. In his free time, Jake enjoys golfing, sports, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Benjamin believes good projects start with good planning. He takes pride in delivering accurate, detailed estimates and building trust with clients. Outside of work, Ben loves camping, spending time with his two dogs, making music, and being with his girlfriend.

Adrian keeps the shop running like clockwork, making sure crews have what they need when they need it. He’s known for his work ethic, reliability, and dedication to the team. When he’s not managing the shop, Adrian enjoys family time and working with his hands.
